"Rebecca made my wedding.
My mother always said that her biggest regret at her wedding was not having a good photographer and now I know why that was so significant to her. There is nothing more important for your wedding than having the memories to look back on, and I am so glad that we chose Rebecca to capture those memories. The day itself is such a whirlwind that really all you have are the photographs afterward to relive the moments, and having someone like her to take such great pride and care in those magical moments was the best decision we made. I love that my friends see our pictures and say they should be in a magazine, and that is exactly what you will get if you work with her: the most beautiful pictures you can imagine.
We were worried that doing our creative photos would take away from the day and our time with others, but it was actually one of my favorite parts. She had champagne and snacks for us, which made us feel even more special, and she took us to the most beautiful spots on the property. It was clear she did her research, which made it really easy on us. It never felt contrived or silly, but natural and heartfelt. She is extremely professional, but fun and easy to be around. Even after the wedding, when we were selecting our pictures in her gallery at home, we were greeted with wine and cookies and were able to go through all of our pictures and relive all of the moments. For certain pictures, she would touch-up or airbrush what we wanted (my husband had a great fishing picture but there was another man fishing, too, and we needed him out of there). I feel extremely lucky that she was our photographer and I hope to work with her again when any other milestones in life are met.
